There's No One In The Room That Looks Like Me....

As I sit here being present in this moment and my current life. The path taken seems questionable, yes there have been some great moments of God's intervention in my life. But I feel somehow that I've missed something, or the enemy is trying to make it seem like I passed the blessing that was supposed to be shared in my life to reach others. As a writer, the most important impact I would like to have on my readers is to never stop being the best version of who you are. If you stumble, get up, look in the mirror and say I am loved, I am deserving of all God has for me, and I will express that in my total being today before I set foot out that door.

I had to take responsibility of why I wasn't receiving the type of help I thought I needed from mentors in my field. Then had to realize that they didn't have it to give or some didn't want to see me make it to becoming who God called me to be. I had to shut some people out of my life that I thought were truly suppose to be apart of it. Learning how to love my family where they were at and not hold onto the hurt and pain I felt because my family didn't have that love to give back. I like what Meghan Markle said when she was young about her freckles. "They are a part of her and why would I want to hide who I am" The truth is? that as I evolved as a woman I had to be comfortable with being in my skin, not  because of my race, but because of the abuse I sustained as a child. In one way or another, a woman has been abused by someone she thought she could trust. As I sit here during finals trying to complete some studying. I was prompted in my spirit to reach out to a young woman that has been on my spirit for a while. That being said, it is important that we as individuals reach out to those in our sphere to make deposits. I was about to walk away from the Law School I've always wanted to go to because of fear, and the misconception that I didn't fit in. "There's No One In The Room That Looks Like Me... (The devil is a liar).

Lisa Nichol's said it best! "I had to be my own rescue", and put my shego and pride to the side in order to invest in myself.

They Can't See What God Sees

The enemy is trying everything in his Power to try and prevent this move. My God is bigger than you....yea..though I walk down the valley of the shadow of death...I WILL NOT fear no evil...thy rod and thy staph comforts me.....whether on the job, or an outing I'm covered.

You should've got to me before I knew How Prevail In The Spirit of "Taking Rightful Possession of What Belongs To Me".Recreating My Aons......calling things in to Order with a quiet Spirit.

I've given my need to God and he gave me land as far as I can see....you don't have to see my vision...or understand it. It wasn't meant for you.

People who purposely take advantage of those that are children of God, consequences will follow. My silence and distance is not to be mistaken as weakness....

Singles, I cannot stress this enough..don't allow ANYONE to make you feel that wherever God has called you to dwell that it was a mistake. He is doing something..allow the process to build up everything in you to Shine brighter Than The Perfect Day! I am a better person because of it. And Women, stay away from toxic females who think bullying personalities are being cool. Their just stuck in a season because fear has crippled them to grow. God knows the heart.

My Congratulations gift from God to me for my acceptance at the Law School I've always wanted to go to. To complete my Master's certificate to Legal studies to continue on to Law School.

Singles, please remember to celebrate your accomplishments no matter how big or small, you deserve it. We do twice the work as a person who is married and must remember our worth. If you are blessed like me to have children and grandchildren, pat yourself on the back and thank God for anointing you with the gift to bare your cross on this beautiful walk of Faith through life. I encourage you to keep pressing on I promise the process is worth it.  If you lost friends, they were never meant to be apart of God's plans for your life. Be still, worship at a place that treasures the gifts you have and grow your Faith with true believers of God that acknowledges your singleness as a gift and love where you are at this very moment. Celebrate your Singleness by joining me with knowing you are God's treasures.

As my sweet friends from Proverbs 31 Ministry said to me. Sweet Friend, thank you for your prayers and support for Lysa Terkuerst, I shared with her one of my published poem's as a word of encouragement in the ministries time of need. She said it brought her to tears. Singles, I shared this to say, you are not alone. God is working out his best in you. Don't allow anyone's view of society lies about Singles cloud your vision. We can do more for God being single than someone who is married. Until Love Finds You and Uninvited, are the books my online book club with Proverbs 31'ministries read for a powerful 6 weeks.

The revelation of God's word within those 6 weeks were epic! I cannot say this enough. There are times where you are going to be afraid, but "What Would You Do? If You Weren't Afraid?" (Shery Sanberg) taken from yet another powerful Woman of God from the book "LeanIn" a must read for those that are faced with fears in your darkest moments. There is light at the end of the tunnel, and God's promises are to be with us until the end.

What is family?

The reality of a dysfunctional family, pretending everything is okay.

It's unfortunate, that in families women or young women don't have the positive male figures to set examples as Uncles, brothers, and father's. Without the fear of being raped, sexually assaulted or abused.

The number of unreported cases of abuse, or sex crimes against women still to this day, are alarming. And still ignored by the mainstream. We as mother's and sisters, and daughters have to educate ourselves on the risk of trusting a broken vessel could cause us to loose ourselves that take advantage of our weaknesses.

Singles, one of the most painful things to accept is that staying in an abusive relationship is healthy, and you pretend it is real love because you never had a healthy positive Male role model in your life to show you how you're supposed to be treated.

As we end for the month of October, it is truly important to reflect on who we are outside of our married brothers and sisters.  That we are relevant in the house of God even if we do not have a support system within the place of worship where we dwell. Since I've been here in Hawaii, it has been a true test of Faith to be aligned with the promises God has put on my heart. It has truly been a test of faith to keep the passion when life happens. This season of my life has been truly a challenge and I have found myself seeking God's direction more than ever before. One of the things that have kept me focused. Is his word, and despite the distractions around me, yet I have been steadfast in my faith to continue to trust that God has a plan for my life and the ministry that he has given me shall come to pass.

Single's it is truly a test of Faith when Life happens and you are still trusting God for his promises. It's in these trials and test that we are made free. God is seeing how we will handle the situation so he can fulfill the promises he has placed in our hearts.

Single's remember to Live your life loved, stay blessed and keep the Faith.

Singles as I listened to Pastor Creflo Dollar the other day on TBN about Spiritual Blindness. Pt. 1., Blind to the Gospel of Grace.

I was reminded what he said about the church today. As believers, we cannot turn a blind eye to the needs of its members and pretend that people are not going through challenges. Yes! I am a firm believer and doer of making our faith work, "Taking Rightful Possession of What Belong's To You" And that Grace is sufficient in all of our lives as Born again believers, but if you have just lost your home, the car has just been repossessed and you lost your job. Then, in reality, it's not because you didn't budget your finances correctly or didn't pray enough or bear fruit in the house of God. Or that you lack the spiritual maturity to speak to that thing until it bears fruit. Jesus did that with the fig tree and cast it out because it didn't bear fruit. Or on performance-based religion, you didn't bear fruit. That analogy is not to say that as a child of God you are not effectively praying and following the principles of the God to change your Aons. Which means that you have to be obedient in order for God to do his part. (Not saying you are being obedient in God's words, it's about being obedient to the faith because Jesus has already done it and he will enable you to do it.) Don't allow yourself to be stuck under the law or allow a preacher to tell you that because you didn't do this and that why it's not working for you and you failed. But that the enemy attacks all of us, even Pastors, leaders, workers etc. Creflo reflects on Jesus is anointed to open Blind eyes and in the below reference scriptures. He reflects on the opening of the eyes (prisons) to them that are bound, not your physical eye, but your understanding of opening your understanding of them that bound and that are captives; Jesus has anointed us with the good news of Grace Acts 20:24;

Singles it's important to have Faith in the Faith of God that his will for your life will come to pass. When you are spiritually Blind you will respond in fear.
