This company does not care about its employees, they have a high turnover rate, and are very unprofessional. I am posting this because this needs to be said. Anthony the new district manager lacks the emotional intelligence to properly manage his subordinates. Instead of offering training and professional development to keep good employees. The solution was to undermined someone during this COVID-19 epidemic, a single mom and There is definitely a gender equality issue here when it comes to the hiring & promotion aspect. He lacks leadership skills. A good leader, leads, not talk down to his employees or falsely accuse them of something where there are no concrete evidence to back it up. I would not normally put a public post like this about anyone let alone company unless I feel someone’s civil rights are being violated. Especially women from diverse backgrounds.
